1. What is Zavley?
Zavley is an online store offering a variety of unique and customizable print-on-demand gifts—including t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, message cards, sweatshirts, and more.
2. How does print-on-demand work?
All of our products are made to order. When you purchase an item, it’s printed just for you. This ensures reduced waste and allows us to offer a broader selection of exclusive designs.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- U.S. Shipping: 5–10 business days

4. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the USA, but will be expanding very soon! Please note that once we start shipping internationally, the orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees—these are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Can I customize my order?
Many of our items offer customization options, such as names or messages. Look for personalization fields on the product page when available.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Email us at support@zavley.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
To ensure quick production, orders go into processing fast. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@zavley.com if you need to cancel or make changes.
